Carrier is on the lookout for a strategic Senior Outside Sales Representative focused on Building Automation. In this essential role, you will manage relationships, develop new business opportunities, and participate in significant industry events. This position requires a proven track record in outside sales and strong interpersonal skills to tailor solutions for diverse customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Execute business development strategies within key segments
• Drive lead generation efforts to expand the sales pipeline
• Lead bid management and close new contracts
• Increase market presence at industry trade shows
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED minimum
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience required
• Will travel up to 25% for meetings
• Strong communication and strategic alignment skills preferred
• Familiarity with the local market landscape beneficial
