This position requires a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries, parts inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will also work towards achieving branch targets while providing comprehensive service solutions to our Parts customers and supporting our Service department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service while selling parts
• Contribute to the revenue and margin goals of the branch
• Process and follow up on customer quotes
• Oversee parts inventory and shipping/receiving functions
• Collect payments and manage customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in a related role
• Automotive or Heavy Duty journey person certification preferred
• Strong skills in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter
