What is the opportunity?
This unique position calls on your client-focused sales expertise and natural problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction. You help clients with everyday banking. As an RBC ambassador, you add value in the moments that matter most, collaborate with RBC partners, demonstrate digital banking, onboard new clients, and refer complex opportunities to specialists. Your expertise creates meaningful, memorable client experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Whatwill you do?
- Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community, uncovering banking needs and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
- Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology for a memorable experience, driving sales, and retaining business.
- Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
- Actively listen to and engage clients to understand their needs.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
- Passion for putting clients first and success in a target‑driven sales environment.
- Problem‑solving and people skills, building strong relationships and proactively connecting with clients.
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Ability to work all business hours.
- Track record building rapport and maintaining client relationships in the financial or service industry.
- Accreditation in Mutual Funds or related Canadian securities courses.
