In this role, you'll develop sales strategies that engage new customers while maintaining current relationships within the Sports Complex. Effectively analyze market trends to find growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to ensure all strategies align and improve sales outcomes, ultimately providing superior recreational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan events and manage community program sales
• Create and negotiate third-party contracts
• Optimize surface management and utilization reporting
• Develop impactful marketing plans for the complex
• Review sales data to identify growth areas
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in Business or Recreation
• At least 3 years in sales within sports environments
• Proven leadership and motivational skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
• Budget management experience required
