Position: Sales Representative - Climate Solutions Role
Join United Rentals as a Sales Representative in the Climate Solutions division. Leverage your sales talent and passion for equipment rentals to create strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will utilize your consultative sales approach to convert potential customers into loyal clients for United Rentals. With a strong preference for candidates with sales experience in small A/C and heating, you will handle negotiations and support clients through the entire process. Your outgoing personality will help build rapport and trust with a variety of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to understand their equipment needs

• Facilitate the sales process through calls and meetings

• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements

• Offer after-hours service and training

• Safely deliver and install equipment for clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred

• 2+ years of sales experience in relevant fields

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Mechanically inclined and able to operate forklifts

• Valid driver’s license with a reliable record
