As a full-time consultant, you'll navigate various booking platforms and engage in high-volume customer conversations while learning the intricacies of the travel industry. This is an opportunity to develop consultative sales abilities while exceeding key performance indicators in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings using sales techniques
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs for commission earnings
• Sell all-inclusive travel solutions from flights to insurance
• Cultivate relationships with clients for future travels
• Efficiently manage multi-channel customer communications
Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales environments
• History of meeting sales objectives and upselling products
• Exceptional communication capabilities in-person and via phone
• Strong detail orientation and computer literacy
• Previous international travel experience preferred
