$55,000–$70,000 a year (Base + Commission) – Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
Conduct in‐person visits and product demonstrations at clinics, hospitals, long‑term care facilities, and private homes.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment solutions in consultation with clinicians.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal departments (technicians, customer service, purchasing) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Attend industry events, in‑services, and training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and market trends.
Meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
Qualifications
3+ years of field sales experience (required)
Knowledge of the industry and the products involved. (preferred)
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑driven.
Strong problem‑solving ability and a client‑first mindset.
Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license (required)
Secondary school diploma required; post‑secondary education is an asset.
Schedule
Full‑time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some weekend availability may be required.
