Drive customer success as an Account Manager with ABB in a hybrid work model. Focus on share of wallet growth and enhance customer satisfaction in the Energy Industries sector.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the National Sales Manager - Canada. With a minimum of five years of successful sales experience, your expertise will help manage account strategies and coordinate sales activities. Your responsibilities include developing market strategies, sales forecasting, and engaging customers to meet their DCS and Digital needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent ABB’s values in client interactions
• Exceed assigned territory's annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate regional sales plans and forecasts
• Engage customers regarding ABB's service portfolio
• Lead teams to resolve commercial issues effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Energy segments sales experience
• Strong understanding of process automation and digital solutions
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Passion for technology and client engagement
• University degree in Engineering or related field
