Position: Customer-Focused Inside Sales Role
Join United Rentals as an Inside Sales Representative where your main focus will be driving customer satisfaction and maximizing rental opportunities. Connect with clients while fulfilling their equipment needs.

As a key customer contact, you'll process rental quotes, negotiate prices, and establish new accounts to enhance branch growth. We seek an ambitious individual with a knack for multitasking and stellar interpersonal skills. You will also collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process reservations and rental contracts promptly

• Build accounts through engaging with walk-in and call-in customers

• Negotiate pricing in accordance with established policies

• Dispatch trucks efficiently while managing customer expectations

• Retain business by reaching out to dormant accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Excellent multitasking ability in dynamic settings

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
