Become a pivotal part of Vistera Technologies as a Business Development Representative. This hybrid role focuses on proactive outreach and lead qualification to build a robust sales pipeline.
As Vistera prepares for its commercial launch in August 2026, the Business Development Representative will lay the groundwork for subscriber growth. You will engage SMB owners across Canada and the US, generating interest and transferring qualified leads to the sales team. Strong research, CRM management, and communication skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build targeted outbound prospect lists of SMB businesses
• Execute effective outreach via email, phone, and Linked In
• Develop and refine prospecting messages and sequences
• Meet monthly targets for outreach and qualified meetings
• Manage qualified lead handoffs to account executives
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a BDR or outbound sales role
• Experience with CRM tools, especially Zoho
• Understanding of SMB buyer environments
• Early-stage startup experience preferable
• Coachable and organized, with a curious mindset
