Engage with small to medium businesses as a Business Development Representative at Vistera Technologies. This hybrid role is crucial in establishing and nurturing potential leads for the upcoming launch.
Vistera is on the brink of its commercial launch in August 2026, and the BDR will be central in developing the subscriber base. Your focus will be on initiating conversations with SMB owners across Canada and the US, qualifying leads, and facilitating smooth handoffs to the sales team. Curiosity, organization, and effective messaging are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and compile outbound prospect lists
• Initiate outreach through various communication channels
• Test and optimize messaging for prospect engagement
• Achieve targets for outbound activities and meetings booked
• Ensure timely follow-up on inbound leads
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a sales development role
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Zoho
• Comfort talking to SMB business owners
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with a persistent approach
