• Provide weekly reports on sales and traffic

Requirements:

• Valid BC Real Estate License is mandatory

• Minimum of 2 years in multi-family pre-sales experience

• Strong knowledge of local communities and competitive programs

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Familiarity with CRM systems and MLS listings
