Licensed Sales Coordinator

A valid BC Real Estate license is required for this role.

. The ideal candidates are outgoing, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals, holding a current BC Real Estate License and are committed to providing exceptional service. Must have demonstrated success with multi-family pre‑sales programs and be a resourceful and creative professional who is committed to quality and integrity.

Hourly + Commission Pay

• Serve as front‑line representative, focusing on an exceptional guest experience.
• Engage with prospective purchasers and realtors, executing all sales tasks.
• Work in a team environment to exceed sales targets and build industry relationships.
• Act as brand ambassador for Breakside Real Estate Group and represented developments.

• Develop authentic relationships with purchasers, realtors, and community.
• Provide elevated introduction to sales program for all guests.
• Communicate developer's core values for exceptional homes.
• Follow-up with sales inquiries (calls, texts, emails, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding communities and competitive programs.
• Identify buyer needs and guide them through the process.
• Answer questions related to contracts and disclosure statements.
• Keep database updated with registrant activity.
• Provide weekly sales and traffic reports.
• Assist with daily opening set up and closing as needed.
• Manage MLS listings, CRM and contracts using (Avesdo, Spark and/or PDFs systems).

A minimum of two (2) years of real estate sales experience in multi-family pre‑sales, working understanding of the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (REDMA), valid and current drivers’ license with access to a motor vehicle and the ability to commute daily to designated locations in the Lower Mainland.
