Key Responsibilities:
• Follow the GET Model for greeting and engaging customers
• Escort customers to appropriate products within the store
• Proactively discuss customer project options
• Maintain stock displays and cleanliness in your department
• Promote additional services such as tool rentals
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or trade
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
• Extensive knowledge of store products and features
