As a key member of our sales team, you will harness your 2 years of sales experience to engage with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating contracts. The role demands mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn our specialized equipment to offer the best solutions. An ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or similar qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the entire sales process with clients
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Deliver product training and installation as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in A/C and heating
• Strong mechanical inclination and technical knowledge required
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools preferred
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 45 pounds and operate a forklift
