Scope of the Position

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Projects team with data entry and information maintenance required for special projects.

Major Responsibilities

First point of contact with customers on Special project orders.

Resolutions for credit issues and correct process and procedures.

Monitor billing and ensure accuracy in regards to timelines

Entering and tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met.

Making required adjustments/changes to orders.

Approving drawings.

Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Managing any order returns and or modifications i.e. addition to the order

Vendor Relations.

Customer information sharing.

Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma required

University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Minimum of 5 years related experience required
