* Safely operate a crane while maintaining communication with the ground crew for safe and efficient rigging and unrigging
* Ability to perform pre-operational inspections including Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA), calculating cranes' capabilities and weight to ensure you have the proper equipment for rigging and hoisting.
* Competent in completing all necessary pre-job paperwork as well as log book following the completion of the job
** What You Bring**.
* Minimum 3 years of experience operating a crane
* A Tickets, B Tickets or Journeymen Red Seal Tower Crane Certification
* Must hold a valid class one driver's license
* Must understand the functions and limitations of the crane
* Have the ability to problem solve and handle high-stress situations in a professional manner
* Oversee the crane's general condition and notify management when maintenance is required
* Staying alert and maintaining a high level of concentration
* Ability to assess situations and identify potential hazards
* Represent the company, resolve customer concerns, and keeping a positive attitude
* Mechanical ability to make minor repairs when necessary
