Job Duties:

· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications

· Measure, cut, assemble, shape, and join materials made of wood, lightweight steel, and other materials

· Install and fit items such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware

· Lay subflooring, erect walls and roof systems, and build foundations

· Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments

· Instruct apprentices and supervise other construction workers

Job requirements:

Experience:

2~3 years of experience in carpentry is required

·

Education:

Completion of secondary school is required
