In this role, you will manage shop activities while leading a team of mechanics. You'll carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on company equipment, ensuring high safety standards and effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct shop operations and schedule work assignments
• Manage parts inventory to adhere to budget constraints
• Handle vendor orders and troubleshoot repair issues
• Maintain and repair various heavy-duty vehicles
• Conduct diagnostics and specialized engine repairs
Requirements:
• Must be a Red Seal Certified Mechanic
• Holds an inspection license CDL/CVI/CN
• Computer skills necessary for software training
• Experience in heavy machinery maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic processes for large equipment
