Service Technician

Machinery Masters is looking for a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our driven team. You’ll play a critical role in our commitment to delivering prompt, high-quality service to customers across Southern Ontario.

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machinery to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Deliver same-day or next-day service, meeting our brand promise of responsiveness and excellence
• Use Fanuc-based controls to diagnose issues and execute dependable solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to boost equipment reliability.
• Read ladder diagrams and apply electrical and mechanical know-how during diagnostics.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend tailored, effective service.
• Document all service activity accurately using our systems.
• Work independently, representing Machinery Masters with professionalism, while occasionally supporting team-based projects.

• You bring experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance, CNC programming, Fanuc controls, or ladder logic troubleshooting.
• If you have a strong technical skill set and a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you (training available).
• You have or are willing to assemble your own set of basic service tools.
• You’re dependable, self-motivated, and pride yourself on resolving complex technical challenges.
• You're comfortable driving a company-provided service vehicle to various customer locations across Southern Ontario.
