Apprentice Carpenter in Mass Timber

This position focuses on supporting site supervision while performing carpentry tasks essential for solid wood framing systems. With guidance and training, you'll be prepared for the Carpenter Interprovincial Exam for your Red Seal Endorsement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mass timber and light wood framing tasks

• Operate carpentry hand tools and power tools

• Use safety equipment and follow safety protocols

• Assist in general construction activities as needed

• Participate in job hazard assessments and safety meetings

Requirements:

• Construction experience is an asset

• Enrollment in a Carpenter apprenticeship program preferred

• Fall protection and Aerial Platform tickets are beneficial

• Ability to follow training and instructions
