In this pivotal position reporting to the Foreman, you’ll work on both overhead and underground systems, ensuring robust and safe operations. Ideal candidates will have a Journeyperson Powerline Technician Certification or fourth-year Apprenticeship training with relevant experience. Strong skills in electrical theory and adeptness with specialized tools are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overhead and underground electrical distribution systems

• Conduct fault finding and repairs on power lines

• Operate and maintain specialized electrical tools effectively

• Ensure safety standards during equipment operation

• Maintain accurate records of work and tests performed

Requirements:

• Certification as a Journeyperson Powerline Technician

• Proven experience with electrical systems required

• Must hold a valid driver's license

• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies

• Knowledge of safety regulations necessary
