Working with seasoned professionals, the Diamond Driller Assistant will play a key part in rod tripping operations, ensuring essential equipment is maintained and samples are collected accurately. Candidates should possess effective communication skills and be prepared for physically demanding duties, including heavy lifting. Shift work requires commitment and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all rod tripping operations

• Keep drilling equipment clean and available

• Process and label core samples appropriately

• Maintain proper fuel and oil levels for rigs

• Perform minor mechanical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Effective math and communication skills

• Physically fit for lifting and manual tasks

• Valid First Aid CPR C certification required

• Ability to shift work for extended hours

• Relevant previous experience in drilling is beneficial
