The Carpenter role is essential for executing construction activities effectively. With 3-5 years of carpentry experience, you will engage in framing, building, and interpreting blueprints. Collaborating with a team, your proactive problem-solving and high attention to detail will drive site progress while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute framing, formwork, and finishing tasks

• Read construction drawings for accurate execution

• Safely operate hand and power tools on-site

• Support material handling and site organization

• Participate in cleanup and general construction activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant carpentry experience

• Strong grasp of construction methods and standards

• Class 5 BC Driver’s License necessary

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

• Leadership or mentoring experience is beneficial
