Your role will facilitate project flow and enhance customer experience.
In this position, you'll manage all aspects of installation scheduling by liaising between customers and installers. Your organizational capabilities will ensure that materials are ready and communication is seamless. Adapting to changes and improving processes will be critical for success in this supportive role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to set installation appointments
• Ensure materials are ready for installer pickup
• Reschedule installations affected by delays
• Update scheduling systems with all changes
• Streamline resources and procedures for installers
Requirements:
• Prior experience in appointment management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate efficiently amid rush requirements
• Familiarity with the Vancouver region is beneficial
• Competence with Microsoft Office tools
