Description – Responsible for the installation, set‑up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

• Service and maintain customer equipment
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment
• Install machines at customer locations
• Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

CAD $49,900.00 – $62,920.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors. • High School Diploma
• 3–5 years in a similar technical role
• Strong mechanical aptitude – education in a technical capacity such as a diploma/certification in electronics/appliance repair/electromechanics (highly preferred)
• Experience in training a team member

• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer‑service skills
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to travel (10–20 % of the time)
