Field Service Technician

Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

• Service and maintain customer equipment.
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
• Install machines at customer locations.
• Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

• High School Diploma.
• 3-5 years in similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude - Education in a technical capacity such as a diploma / certification in electronics / appliance repair / electromechanics (highly preferred).
• Experience in training a team member.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
• Ability to travel (10-20 % of the time).

CAD $49,900.00 - $62,920.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
