Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm installation appointments with clients
• Manage installer work orders for projects
• Ensure material readiness for installation
• Effectively reschedule delayed installs
• Continually seek improvements for processes and resources
Requirements:
• Experience with appointment scheduling preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of the Vancouver area
• Proficient in Office software
