Position: Plumbing Foreman for Commercial Projects
Step into leadership with Canstar Mechanical as a Plumbing Foreman focused on commercial and institutional projects. Drive efficiency and quality in site plumbing operations across the Lower Mainland.

In this role, you will oversee a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently. You’ll interpret technical specifications, manage materials and tools, and help maintain an organized, safe working environment. Your leadership will not only guide the crew but also foster a training culture for apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site plumbing activities securely and on schedule

• Schedule and coordinate plumbing crews effectively

• Manage materials to minimize waste

• Oversee the testing and commissioning of plumbing systems

• Mentor apprentices and foster team culture

Requirements:

• Red Seal / Journeyperson Plumber (BC) or equivalent

• 3–5+ years’ plumbing experience with leadership roles

• Understanding of plumbing codes and best practices

• Ability to work across trades and read drawings

• Valid driver’s license for diverse site locations
