Coquitlam Ridge Constructors is seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter Foreperson with extensive carpentry experience. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to supervise crew operations, maintain project schedules, and address challenges promptly. Responsibilities include quality control, planning, and coordination with other forepersons on site for optimal team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement project work to meet budget and timelines

• Coordinate with forepersons and crews to address interpersonal issues

• Ensure compliance with site-level safety and quality standards

• Manage daily production goals and report results to the Superintendent

• Oversee documentation and requisition of supplies

Requirements:

• 5 years in carpentry with 3 years in a foreperson role

• Carpentry trade qualification or equivalent experience

• Occupational first aid, fall protection, and rigging certifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions

• Proficiency with industry-standard software
