As a Plumbing Foreman, you will play a critical role in supervising plumbing crews, managing installations, and ensuring compliance with design intent and building codes. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems and the ability to coordinate effectively with various trades and project managers. Your mentoring will help develop apprentices and foster a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate work of plumbing crews

• Plan and adjust schedules to meet project goals

• Ensure installation meets code requirements

• Facilitate material management to reduce downtime

• Mentor apprentices and uphold safety standards

Requirements:

• Red Seal / Journeyperson Plumber (BC) required

• 3–5+ years in commercial plumbing with supervision experience

• Strong understanding of plumbing standards and codes

• Capability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Valid driver’s license for site mobility
