As a QC Technician, you will coordinate repairs and ensure collaboration with subcontractors to rectify deficiencies effectively. Your understanding of drywall, paint, and carpentry finishes will be essential in guiding the finishing schedule and ensuring quality in every project. Engage actively in deficiency inspections, supporting the construction team in addressing necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with subcontractors for deficiency fixes
• Identify and document work items for timely closure
• Perform repairs and finish construction tasks
• Assist during inspections and follow-up repairs
• Contribute to cleaning and material organization
Requirements:
• Experience in high-rise construction quality processes
• Ability to carry out finishing work and repairs
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• Proficient in reading construction plans
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and Procore as an asset
