Elevate your HVAC technical career as an HVAC Mechanic II at School District No. 43 in Coquitlam. This full-time dayshift role involves comprehensive maintenance and system management in an educational setting.
Working independently under the Maintenance Manager, this position focuses on service and repair of critical HVAC systems for over 34,000 students. You’ll engage in equipment installations, repairs, and utilize DDC systems for effective monitoring and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and service HVAC equipment including boilers and fans
• Conduct air balancing for optimal system efficiency
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance tasks
• Provide estimates and technical advice on projects
• Operate tools necessary for HVAC repairs
Requirements:
• Certificate of Trades Qualification in HVAC
• At least three years of HVAC system maintenance experience
• Two years working with DDC systems
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
• BC Class 5 driver's license
