HVAC Technician Position

Join O’Dell HVAC Group as an HVAC Service Technician in Coquitlam. Work regular hours, providing expert customer support, and overseeing installs seamlessly.

As a vital member of the Service team, you'll report to the HVAC Service Manager and collaborate with contractors during system startups and on-site service. You will troubleshoot technical issues effectively, both in the field and via phone support. This role focuses on ensuring smooth service deliveries with industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert voice for O’Dell HVAC products

• Assist contractors with startup and commissioning of systems

• Offer virtual and phone support for technical troubleshooting

• Collaborate with Sales on product layout and integration

• Attend customer sites for hands-on installation support

Requirements:

• Licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic

• Licensed Gas Fitter, preferably Class 1 or Class 2

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract

• 3-5 years of HVAC service experience

• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
