As a Carpenter, you will bring your 3-5 years of experience to the team, performing tasks from framing to finishing. Collaborating closely with site supervisors, you'll ensure that each element meets specifications while fostering a safe working environment. Your ability to read blueprints and operate tools effectively will support timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct framing and other carpentry tasks

• Interpret blueprints and specifications accurately

• Operate tools for precision work safely

• Assist with material handling and site progress

• Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years carpentry experience in construction

• Familiarity with construction methods and safety protocols

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License needed

• Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations important

• Experience in leadership or mentorship is a plus
