Position Summary

Kiewit is currently seeking Marine Crane Operators with 3–5+ years of experience for the Woodfibre FST Project in Coquitlam, BC. Candidates must have marine/on-water experience and experience operating both hydraulic and friction cranes.

Kiewit is currently seeking Marine Crane Operators with 3–5+ years of experience for the Woodfibre FST Project in Coquitlam, BC. Candidates must have marine/on-water experience and experience operating both hydraulic and friction cranes.

Requirements
  • Journeyman Crane Operator certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of marine crane operating experience.
  • Strong marine/on-water crane operating experience.
  • Hydraulic crane experience is required.
  • Friction rig and floating marine experience is required; friction crane experience is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and current driver's abstract.
  • CSTS-2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications.
  • Previous industrial construction experience is considered an asset.
Additional Information
  • Wage: $54.31
  • Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a Sure Hire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test.

Shift Information
  • The current schedule is 14/7 rotation.
  • 10-hour days.
