You will inspect roofing systems, clear debris, and perform minor repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and report on roof membranes and drainage systems

• Clear roofs of debris and maintain drainage channels

• Repair flashing and carry out minor blister repairs

• Maintain and repair buildings, performing renovations

• Operate Aerial Work Platforms and forklifts as needed

Requirements:

• Red Seal Ticket as a Roofer or Carpenter

• Valid BC class 5 driver's license

• Recent experience in carpentry or roofing

• Ability to work independently

• Strong troubleshooting skills
