Position: Full-Time Carpenter Roofer at SD43
Embrace a rewarding full-time role as a Carpenter Roofer with School District No. 43 in Coquitlam. This position involves roof maintenance, inspections, and carpentry project estimates to ensure safety and functionality.

As a temporary Carpenter Roofer, you'll collaborate with the Manager of Maintenance and the Trades Supervisor. Responsibilities include inspecting roof membranes, maintaining drainage systems, and executing minor repairs. Keep roofs debris-free and perform preventive maintenance on various structures, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and report on roof membranes and drainage systems

• Clear debris and maintain roof safety

• Repair flashings and perform minor membrane work

• Maintain and repair buildings, including renovations

• Provide estimates for carpentry projects

Requirements:

• Red Seal Ticket as a Roofer or Carpenter

• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license

• Recent related experience in carpentry/roofing

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong troubleshooting skills
