MPN Pacific is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Foreman ready to lead construction projects effectively. With at least five years as a Journeyman Electrician and strong leadership skills, you'll take charge of electrical scopes while coordinating crew productivity. This role taps into your ability to communicate well and focus on safety and respect on the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct electrical crew on multi-family projects
• Ensure quality and productivity across construction phases
• Plan work effectively and manage timelines
• Collaborate with other trades and project supervisors
• Maintain a strong safety focus in all operations
Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an electrician
• Previous experience in a foreman leadership role
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Must reside in the BC Lower Mainland
