We seek an HVAC Technician experienced in heating and air conditioning systems. Preferably, candidates should possess a Gas Fitter B license or Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic certification, but those with equivalent hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. This full-time position serves primarily residential clients and includes light commercial work, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

• Troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant issues efficiently

• Conduct preventative maintenance for system longevity

• Provide clear documentation and customer communication

• Engage in on-call emergency service duties

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of HVAC installation and service experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean record

• Proven troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Safety-conscious and dependable work ethic

• Open to working overtime and being on-call
