The Opportunity:We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Journeyperson Red Seal Plumbing Technician to join our dedicated Service Team. If you have a passion for quality work, customer satisfaction, and a team-oriented spirit, this role is for you.
What You’ll Tackle:- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Comfortable navigating high rise multi tower complexes.
- Diagnose issues accurately and recommend solutions for a range of equipment, including cooling towers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and sump pumps.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing maintenance insights and timely service updates.
- Experience:
5+ years as a Journeyperson Service Technician specializing in Commercial Plumbing. - Red Seal Qualified:
Plus a Class B Gas Ticket. - Technical Knowledge:
Current plumbing codes and hands‑on expertise with mechanical systems. - Problem-Solver:
Sharp diagnostic skills and quick decision-making. - Driver’s License:
Valid and clean record. - Customer
Skills:
Excellent communication and focus on customer satisfaction.
- BCWWA Cross Connection ticket (an asset but not required).
