Key Responsibilities:

• Lay out forms accurately based on construction plans
Requirements:
• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Experience in commercial or industrial formwork preferred
• Must be able to travel between job sites
• Open to weekend and overtime work if required
• Safety certifications like CSTS-09 are a plus
