Global Investment Management Firm is seeking a Legal Documentation Specialist to join the dynamic team in their Miami location.

Employment Documentation
  • Prepare, update, and maintain employment-related documents, including:
  • Offer letters and employment agreements
  • Separation and termination letters
  • Amendments and standard employment addenda.
  • Ensure documents reflect current templates, approved language, and compensation terms.
  • Coordinate document workflows with HR, Legal, finance and internal stakeholders.
Compensation & Incentive Documentation
  • Assist with preparation and tracking of compensation-related documentation, including:
  • Carried interest documentation
  • Co-investment and related participation documents
  • Maintain accurate records of executed documents and related data
  • Support updates to compensation documentation based on role changes, promotions, or program updates.
Document Management & Compliance
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and secure electronic records
  • Track execution status and follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and reporting requests as needed.
  • Assist in refining document templates and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and reduce errors.
Qualifications Required
  • Paralegal training or experience, including familiarity with legal document drafting.
  • 5+ years of experience in document administration, legal support, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and document formatting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
