Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Broker Assistant/Book Keeper, located in Coral Gables, FL.
Responsibilities- Day-to-Day operations
- Working closely with Realtors
- Maintaining organized records
Pay: $17-22 Per Hour
The role requires excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities, as well as superior organizational skills.
Qualifications- Experience in Real Estate is required
- Proficiency in Quick Books is required.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks to manage daily office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus
