DescriptionThe Business Process Improvement Consultant supports MCVI wide corporate functions. The role plays a vital resources in the development and deployment of strategic and analytical initiatives across the Miami Cardiac Vascular Institute. Performs primary and secondary research, compiling complex analyses, models, forecasts and reports, and communicating results to department leadership to assist in the overall decision making process. Requires dynamic party with excellent interpersonal, analysis, and presentation skills.
Internal resources that drives results related to key metrics, with specific emphasis on improving efficiency, streamlining processes, eliminating waste and lowering overall expenses. Dynamic party with excellent interpersonal, analysis, facilitation, coaching, change management and presentation skills. Partners with MCVI executive team in developing, managing and directing strategic plan initiatives. Professionalism, ability to effectively communicate and present to high-level audiences are essential to success in the role.
Estimated salary range for this position is $80970.14 - $105261.18 / year depending on experience.
- Bachelors.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
- Lean Six Sigma / TRIM or other process improvement training required.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt required and experience applying key principles, highly preferred.
- Past clinical or technical experience a plus.
- Experienced at organizational design, functional and business process design and implementation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strategic problem solver.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with experience in solving complex business problems.
- Detail oriented, organized, with excellent interpersonal, analysis, written, visual and verbal communication skills.
- Some experience in organizational design, functional and business process design and implementation preferred.
- Must be highly analytical and have the ability to develop and apply statistical techniques in order to enhance business performance.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, proven project management expertise and the ability to execute with credibility.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to learn new concepts, methods and technologies easily.
