Part‑Time Guest Services Representative
The City of Coral Gables is seeking a highly qualified professional to serve program and facility guests at the Coral Gables Adult Activity Center.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and patrons
- Respond to guest needs and requests, providing answers or solutions to concerns
- Answer multi‑line phones
- Escort guests through the facility
- Handle cash transactions
- Prepare and serve food
- Prepare rooms for rentals
- Assist with special events
- Minimum 17 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience desired
- Previous cash handling experience desirable
- Certification in a first aid and CPR course preferred
