Your role
We’re looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:
- Conduct order entry functions supporting the Financial Advisor
- Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your teamYou’ll be working in the Coral Gables, FL branch office. You will be the “front line” for client contact, client service issues, and processing the existing and new business for the advisors.
Qualifications- Ideally 3-5 years' experience in client service, within the finance sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
- Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- Registered and Licensed with FINRA - SIE, Series 7 and Series 66
- Fluent in Spanish required
