We are hiring now for a Customer Service Agent to provide superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. Responsibilities include greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process, providing members with appropriate vehicle selection per program guidelines, and ensuring all transactions are quick and efficient.

Monday–Tuesday 7 am–4 pm;
Wednesday 7 am–5 pm;
Thursday 7 am–4 pm;
Friday 8 am–4 pm;
Saturday & Sunday off - Option 2:
Monday–Tuesday 8 am–5 pm;
Wednesday 7 am–5 pm;
Thursday 8 am–5 pm;

- Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer’s needs and requests, by brand.
- Identifies and attends to the customer by name, verifies rental agreement and reservation.
- Ensures a pleasant, smooth, and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes.
- Works on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
- Makes eye contact and greets all customers; thanks each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.
- Provides all customers with undivided attention while assisting them.
- Prepares all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
- Offers all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
- Reviews rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges.
- Ensures that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
- Reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return.
- Prepares the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
- Answers the telephone in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
- Maintains the appearance of the rental counters and customer areas to present a neat and orderly image.
- Ensures that the counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service, and maintains work area in a safe and clean condition.
- Assists customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible.
- Seeks to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
- Maintains a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
- Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States and does not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
- Understanding, reading, writing and speaking English.
- Willing to accept $18 per hour.
- Available to work either of the two schedule options listed above.
