What You'll Do:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and timely communication
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved successfully
- Contribute to team goals by supporting customer retention and engagement initiatives
- Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, hospitality, retail, or a client-facing role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
