* SUMMARY:

** Under the direction of the Commercial Lines Services Team, this position will provide support to clients and Account Executives in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing commercial lines accounts.
** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Serves as a primary point of contact for insureds clients, responding to inquiries about their policies, coverage billing, and general service needs in a timely and professional manner.
* Generates and processes COIs and EOPs, ensuring requested turnaround time within 24-48 hours, requested language aligns with actual policy terms and flagging discrepancies to the account manager or account executive prior to issuance.
* Maintains responsive client communication in accordance with HUB Service Standards for all client and carrier email inquiries.
* Processes policy endorsements across multiple of commercial insurance by adding/deleting vehicles and drivers, mailing addresses, contact information, premise addresses, etc. Keeping communication with the Account Executive to make sure they are aware of the changes including documenting in system correctly.
* Retrieves, organizes, and distributes policy documentation from carrier portals in support of Account Executives and Account Managers.
* Manages premium payments, processes cancellations, and communicates status updates to client and internal team members.
* Creates and maintains Summaries of Insurance for client review, renewal preparation, and marketing purposes.
* Reviews new and renewal policies for accuracy against binders and applications, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections with carriers.
* Sends policies to insured after they have been accurately checked.
* Answers insureds inquiries about their coverage, payment structure, etc.
* Coordinates and tracks loss run requests, ensuring timely receipt and proper routing for account review.
* Supports premium audit processes by gathering required documentation and servicing as a liaison between the client and the carrier.
